Hi friends! I’m Kaitlin - a stylist based in Fruitland, Idaho at Salon 452. I am a passionate hairstylist with over a decade of experience behind the chair. I’ve been a proud part of Salon 452 for the past year, but my journey in this industry started long before that. I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2013 and expanded my craft as a dual-licensed cosmetology educator in 2015. • I spent most of my career at an Aveda salon in Boise, Idaho, where I honed my skills and developed my love for beautiful hair. For me, hair isn’t just work—it’s art, expression, and joy. Every client who sits in my chair is a canvas, and my goal is to make you feel like the very best version of yourself. ✂️✨ When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me with my favorite people in the world - my husband and two little girls 🩷
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call / text as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, we require that you call / text 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s)…No shows will be charged 100% of the service or $50 whichever is greater - I understand life happens but I am unable to fill your time slot on short notice and therefore lose that money because I get paid per client, not per hour. If you are 15 minutes+ late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment at KM Hair Co. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the system. • ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment. By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving KM Hair Co permission to charge your card in the event of a cancellation, and/or a no-show. • 7 day adjustment policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cut or color; you have 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Please reach out to me to book this appointment so I have the correct timing for the adjustment.
