Hello friends! My name is Kaitlin. I fell in love with the beauty industry at a young age and always wanted to be a hairstylist! I am an Idaho girl - born and raised. I’ve been married almost 10 years & have two little girls. If I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family or spending time outdoors! Cutting hair is my favorite because it’s something so simple that can make a huge difference, either a trim to get off those dead ends or a big change to give you a totally new style! • I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013 and I am dual licensed as a cosmetology educator since 2015. I spent the majority of my career at an Aveda salon in Boise, Idaho where I learned so much about this industry. I can’t wait to meet you in my chair! CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call / text as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, we require that you call / text 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s)…No shows will be charged 100% of the service or $50 whichever is greater - I understand life happens but I am unable to fill your time slot on short notice and therefore lose that money because I get paid per client, not per hour. If you are 15 minutes+ late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment at KM Hair Co. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the system. • ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment. By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving KM Hair Co permission to charge your card in the event of a cancellation, and/or a no-show. • 7 day adjustment policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cut or color; you have 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Please reach out to me to book this appointment so I have the correct timing for the adjustment.
